Yes, pets are allowed at Casa De Sol, but there is an additional fee of €35. It is important to remember that pets should not be left alone in the apartment, and they should be taken out for walks at least once a day.

There is public parking with meters, although zero-emission vehicles do not pay or have time restrictions for parking. We can also recommend private parking in the neighborhood.

It also features a bar with seating for 3 people, complementing the dining table that seats 4.

We often welcome families with children and provide a foldable crib and high chair if requested. It is important to keep in mind that children should not be left alone on the balcony.

When selecting your reservation dates, you will see the exact deadline for canceling with a full or partial refund. Our general cancellation policy offers a 100% refund up to 14 days before your arrival and a 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations within the non-refundable periods, in most cases, we can offer manual refunds if another guest rebooks those same nights after the cancellation.

Smoking or vaping any substance is strictly prohibited in any part of the apartment or building, including balconies. Guests should go outside the building to smoke and dispose of any butts or waste in the outdoor bins. To ensure we maintain the highest quality of the apartment for all guests, especially those sensitive to poor air quality, this is a strictly enforced rule that we monitor using highly sensitive sensors specifically calibrated for tobacco smoke and vaping.

We are located just 100 meters from the Alvarado station on Line 1 of the Madrid Metro and only 400 meters from the Cuatro Caminos station, where lines 1, 2, and 6 converge. Our central location allows you to easily move around all of Madrid.
